The laser range finder developed by ABAX, equipped with a 1550nm semiconductor laser as the light source, and the APD with Geiger mode as the receiver. With optimized transmission and reception optical path design, it can achieve longer range and higher accuracy. The distance information output through RS422 interface can be used independently or embedded in other systems. The product has three working modes, i.e. continuous mode, trigger mode and standby mode, which is especially suitable for night environment.
